If a file is defective — it does not open, a formula chain is broken, or it does not match its description — message me on WhatsApp (+91 99534 25145) or email within 7 days. I will fix it, replace it, or refund it in full.
If you paid but did not receive your file, send your payment screenshot and it will be resolved the same day.
Advisory services
Fees for services follow the written scope agreed before the engagement. Where an engagement is cancelled before work begins, any advance is returned in full.
